RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept unopened and unused product within 7 days of the invoice date for a full exchange of the merchandise value, refunded in the original form of payment less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. To start a return, please pack the products you'd like returned, include a copy of the sales invoice included with your order, seal your box securely and send your package to CMJJ. Email us at sales.cmjj@gmail.com for return address.

Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD. We recommend you insure and track the package with the shipping carrier of your choice. If your online order is defective or missing, please contact us at sales.cmjj@gmail.com and include your order number and the list of missing/defective items.
